Joanne has over 20 years of singing teaching experience having taught all ages and abilities from beginners to professionals. Her approach is holistic, based on core principles of healthy technique no matter what the style. Having taught previously at St Paul's Girl's School in Hammersmith, she is currently on the music staff at Wycombe Abbey Girl's School.

Jo is an international examiner for the Assoc. Board of the Royal Schools of Music and a mentor for the Fellowship Programme with the National Youth Choir of Great Britain.
